National Sunday Law
A.Jan Marcussen is a 5th generation Seventh Day Adventist minister. He first published the book in 1983.
It has been described as a "condensed version" of Ellen G. White's view in The Great Controversy.
He is methodically sending the book to postal addresses in geographic areas, having begun with major metropolitan areas. If you don’t live in a major metropolitan area it may have been sent by a local Seventh Day Adventist church or supporter. You’ll note it is bulk mail and not even addressed to the postal resident.
Simply put, the Mark of the Beast is NOT worship on Sunday. Read Revelation 13:17,18: “and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty- six.”
It is easy to see that it is a mark on the body and that it represents a man—not an activity of worship on a specific day
The book is a shocker to any Bible believing—reading Christian. It contradicts sound Bible doctrine on every page.
In short, the book’s major points are:
The Pope (by virtue of his Latin title) is the AntiChrist - 666,
The dragon represents Rome,
The papacy is the beast of Revelation because they changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday,
The 1260 days mentioned in Daniel was completed in 538 A.D.
The United States Government will enact a National Sunday Law wherein all must observe it and go to church on Sunday, only.
The Christian church that meets on Sunday is a corrupt system, a fallen church, and is the Babylon of Revelation.
Sunday worship is the “mark of the beast” as described in Revelation.
Sabbath worship is the “seal of God” of Ephesians 1:13 and elsewhere.
Any rational American knows that the government will never enact a National Sunday Law! If anything, they are more likely to enact a law that you cannot worship, on any day, and especially not Jesus Christ.
Have You Received the National Sunday Law booklet in the mail?
Your best course of action is to throw it away. There is no truth in it. It will turn you away from faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Then open the Holy Bible and read it.
